President’s Message
Dear Culinarians, Colleagues and Friends,
I am truly honoured to be elected as President of the Macau Culinary Association. It is a great responsibility and role to take on and I am excited about the future development and positioning of the Association.
We have elected dynamic new committee members onto the board and they (as myself) are ready to add value into the Association. We are all dedicated to promoting camaraderie and culinary education of chefs, cooks, apprentices & culinary students with cultural exchanges whilst expanding their professional and personal development in their field of hospitality.
A few points that I have initiated and will continue to develop on are:
The launch of a refreshed MCA website, for better access of communications and easier reference points
Membership growth within Macau (chefs, cooks, apprentices and corporate members)
Establishing subsidiaries of Macau Young’s Chefs Club and Macau Pastry Alliance
More representation of Chefs from Macau competing at international competitions
Enhancing our yearly competitions.
