MCA Events for 2020
Each year the Macau Culinary Association hold four to five prestigious competitions for young and upcoming chefs showcase their skill, creativity, passion and aspirations.
These competitions are under the same professional rules and regulations as WACS, also each competition includes judges from MCA committee, invited industry professionals and WACS certified judges.
The competitions are the following: The Young and Open Macanese Culinary Competition, The Chocolate Showpiece Competition and Young Chef Competition (under 27year olds).
We are always willing to create more diversity and implement skilled competitions by partnering with other hospitality or industry businesses this way we can support and elevate our unique culinary talent here in Macau.
